Last updated: 29 June 2026
Offer overview
This First 15 Hosts Launch Offer is a limited promotional campaign run by GoatOut for selected early host partners who onboard, are approved, and list eligible workshops on the GoatOut platform.
Under this offer, eligible hosts may receive a flat 6% GoatOut commission on eligible paid workshops conducted through GoatOut, subject to these offer terms, the GoatOut Host Partner Agreement, platform policies, payout rules, and applicable law.
GoatOut is a technology platform that enables hosts to list and manage workshops. Hosts remain responsible for the creation, legality, safety, quality, venue readiness, pricing, tax compliance, and delivery of their workshops.
Limited availability
This offer is available only to the first 15 eligible hosts confirmed by GoatOut for this campaign.
Submitting a host application, downloading the GoatHost app, creating an account, or contacting GoatOut does not automatically guarantee selection for this offer.
GoatOut may determine eligibility, order of selection, and campaign acceptance based on internal records, onboarding completeness, approval status, timestamp, city fit, host quality, listing readiness, compliance status, and operational requirements.
Offer benefit
For each eligible selected host, GoatOut's commission will be charged at a flat 6% on eligible paid workshops during the applicable offer period.
The offer benefit applies until the earlier of: 12 months from GoatOut's written offer confirmation to the host, or completion of 30 eligible workshops or events conducted through GoatOut by that host.
After the offer period ends, GoatOut's standard commission, fees, or commercial terms applicable at that time will apply unless GoatOut confirms a different arrangement in writing.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify, the host must complete GoatOut's host onboarding process, accept the latest Host Partner Agreement and relevant platform terms, submit required profile, KYC, tax, payout, venue, and workshop information, and receive approval from GoatOut.
The offer is limited to one host profile, business, brand, venue, instructor group, or legal entity as determined by GoatOut. It is not transferable, assignable, exchangeable for cash, or automatically available to duplicate, related, or replacement accounts.
The host must remain in good standing, maintain accurate information, comply with applicable laws, conduct genuine workshops, and follow GoatOut's operational, safety, content, booking, cancellation, refund, and payout requirements.
Eligible workshops and event count
Only workshops that are approved by GoatOut, listed on the GoatOut platform, booked and paid for through GoatOut, and actually conducted by the host may qualify for the 6% commission benefit.
Cancelled workshops, fully refunded workshops, fraudulent bookings, test bookings, off-platform bookings, duplicate listings, private arrangements not processed through GoatOut, or workshops affected by serious host breach may be excluded.
For the 30-workshop or 30-event limit, GoatOut may count each distinct scheduled session, event date, workshop occurrence, or completed paid listing in the manner reflected in GoatOut's internal records and operational model.
Charges not covered by the offer
The 6% benefit applies only to GoatOut's host commission for eligible workshops, unless GoatOut states otherwise in writing.
The offer does not waive, reduce, or include payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes including GST where applicable, TDS, TCS, refunds, chargebacks, cancellation costs, penalties, recovery amounts, attendee-facing fees, advertising spends, custom services, third-party costs, or any other charges that are separate from GoatOut's host commission.
Applicable taxes and statutory deductions may be added, deducted, collected, reported, or adjusted as required by law, platform policy, or payment and payout partners.
Host obligations
Hosts must not encourage users to bypass GoatOut, collect off-platform payments for GoatOut-discovered bookings, misuse attendee data, create fake bookings, manipulate pricing, misrepresent availability, or run listings that create legal, safety, payment, fraud, or reputational risk.
Hosts must deliver workshops as described, manage venue readiness, capacity, materials, attendee communication, check-in, refunds caused by host failure, and safety controls appropriate to the workshop.
GoatOut may withhold, adjust, reverse, recover, or recalculate the offer benefit if a booking is refunded, charged back, disputed, cancelled, found fraudulent, affected by host breach, or incorrectly processed.
Suspension or withdrawal
GoatOut may suspend, revoke, or deny the offer for any host who provides false or incomplete information, breaches the Host Partner Agreement, violates platform policies, causes repeated cancellations or complaints, creates safety or legal risk, circumvents platform payments, or acts in a manner harmful to users, hosts, GoatOut, or the marketplace.
GoatOut may modify, pause, extend, or withdraw this campaign prospectively at its discretion. Changes will not automatically affect benefits already earned for eligible completed workshops unless required by law, fraud review, payment reversal, or policy enforcement.
This offer does not guarantee host approval, workshop publication, sales, booking volume, ranking, promotional placement, payout timing, or continued access to the platform.
Relationship with other terms
These offer terms are additional campaign-specific terms. They operate together with the GoatOut Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Host Partner Agreement, payout rules, cancellation and refund rules, workshop-specific terms, and any other terms accepted by the host.
If there is a conflict between these offer terms and the Host Partner Agreement, these offer terms apply only to the limited commission benefit for this campaign. All other host obligations and platform rights continue to apply under the Host Partner Agreement and other applicable terms.
Any special exception, extension, or variation must be confirmed by GoatOut in writing through an authorized communication channel.
Records, disputes, and contact
GoatOut's internal records relating to host selection, offer confirmation, workshop count, booking status, payment status, refunds, chargebacks, commission calculation, and payout adjustments will be used to administer this campaign.
If a host believes the offer has been incorrectly applied, the host should contact GoatOut with the host profile details, workshop IDs, booking references, payout details, and a short explanation of the issue.
